40 phone calls in 2 days before I answered.

Tried to obtain personal information, said he was calling from US government about Obama Care. I told him I wasn't interested and to take me off list. He would not take not interested for answer, After I informed him he called 40 times in 2 days that is why I answered so he would stop calling. That he is not allowed to do telemarketing to my cell phone. He said only way he could take me off list, is if I answered his questions. I told him no thank, I tagged his number and I would call US government myself. He said I was the meanest person he ever talked to and s****ed screaming at me. Please don't fall for this scam any information over your phone. I work for the government and they don't call you on telephone.
