it seems you may have entered the offending number where you should have put the phone number that received the call.

They called my cell, the pirates! It's on the DNC registry. By the time I opened my phone all I heard was "I'm sorry" and they ***g up. No idea whether it was a person or a recording.Here's a better place for such complaints:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm, except for calls like that you can't answer all their questions.

They called, asked me to hold for rep because I had been selected to receive an award.  The rep stated that since I shop at Walmart I had been chosen to receive a $50.00 Walmart gift card.  It would only cost me $3.00 to charge on one of my cards.  I said "No, thank you." and they ***g up on me.  It was like I didn't even get NO all the way out before they ***g up, kinda like it was automated to **** up with those words.  My caller ID says Advtersmt WCA.

I have received so many calls from this number and they refuse to stop calling.  This morning they called and woke me up.  I did not pick up.  Then the phone rang a***n not even a minute later from the same number.  Well that was that the last straw and they heard a bunch of foul language from me so that they would be the message.  I will be reporting this phone number as well.  BTW when you call them it is an answering ma****e.

Call came from Phidlphzn1 (***rless Network of Pennylvania) Pennsylvania to Kansas at 12:00 CDT on 5-13-10. Call not answered and no message left.Other sites advise that the pitch is for ****** cancer. Caller ID said PS24.

Unfortunately the "do not call" list does not quantify to "non-profit" organizations, this number was some ****** cancer thing....... personally i think the don't call list should apply to all organizations even non profit

The readout on my caller ID is "Cell Phone PA".  I never answer calls like that, unless I know whose cell  phone it is.  They never leave a message, just **** up when I don't answer.

I don't answer calls like this.  I don't know who it would be and it's someone who won't leave a number.  Lately, I've been getting calls from Target (I Google the number).

I got the same call.  I have a feeling it's a credit card call.  Unless I get a name for a caller, I won't answer it.  I just google them.

We are registered with the Do Not Call Registry. Received a call from 215-383-5551 asked for my wife by her last name??? Then just ***g up. Caller ID showed: PS24These people or scammers need to be put to a stop! I am going to contact www.donotcall.gov and turn this number in. Where is this number from and what do they want by ****ing up. LEAVE US ALONE!

Interesting,  no response when I answered.  PS is generally used in New York for Public School and the schools there are numbered 1-  who knows.

Phone rang, no one responded when I answered.  Computer search reveiled nothing of note.

phone rang. I answered. A recorded voice said "please hold, I'll transfer you to a customer service agent."  Then the line went dead.  I'm sure is a computer scam to gather phone numbers for solicitors.

I wasn't home when I received a call from this number, but they didn't leave a message.  It is the first time we have received annoying calls from unknown numbers like this one.  I always look it up to see where it is located.  This one is an unpublished number out of Philidelphia, PA.  More than likely it is just another government surveyest, NRA, or even a scammer.  Since many are put on a "no-call" list, companies have gone away from the 1-800 numbers to get through.
