Wanted us to do landscape. Claimed he had lung cancer so he would not be able to meet with us but would pay with a credit card. Similar to a scam a few years ago that a friend fell for. Owner of the house he wanted landscaping done at had never heard of the claimed owner. After credit card failed to go through he offered to wire transfer and got account numbers. Was able to drain accounts before my friend had an understanding of what was happening.
