This ma****e calls me at least once a day and since it's not an actual person, I can't tell them to leave me alone. It asks for someone who is NOT me and I'm beyond annoyed as this has gone on for over a year!

Calls several times a day. Does not leave a message. Calls my cell. Left them a message to tell them to leave me alone. I do not have any outstanding debts and am tired of early morning calls.

dont know who these people it says tate when it comes up on my phone its a debt collector i looked it up with the phone they call me ten times a day wont leave a message i dont owe money so whats the deal leave a fricken message and i just might call you back

I just posted above and they called back right after I hit submit. It's a recorded call looking for Dan and that they are trying to collect a debt and that it's not a solicitation call. It says if you are Dan press 1. If you are not Dan press 2. If you need time to go and get Dan ........I pressed 2. It did nothing but said if you need time to get Dan.....I pressed 2 a***n. A***n...if you need to get Dan.....I pressed it a 3rd time and it ***g up. I know Dan, however, I am not his wife or girlfriend. He is a friend of mine of MANY. Why are they calling my place of business looking for him? How did they get my number or any info about me? They have even called MY parents who live 2 hours from me looking for him. I mean, my parents? I've had collection agencies call my home looking for him. I know they have called his parents, aunts, uncles and siblings. Isn't this illegal? He's 44, an ADULT, and they call his 80 so****ing year old parents. They don't have a clue and then they call Dan worried because they threatend them and said the Dan was going to be arrested. I just know the guy but I'm not responsible for him! He, like many other Americans, lost his job and has not found one for 3 years now. He works odd jobs and as soon as he gets one they downsize, go out of business or get shut down by the FEDS. He has said he'd love to be able to pay back what he owes but he barely has enough money to feed himself. He doesn't drink, smoke or party. He doesn't have a car. He doesn't own a home. He moves from place to place. You can't get blood from a turnip! Regardless of Dan's financial responsibilties or lack thereof, these people should not be allowed to HARRASS those of us who know him. It's scary that they know who he knows. Where do they get this info?

Day after day it's a new call from yet another pain in the you know what company who does not leave messages or they **** up or they are rude because they don't believe you when you say you have a wrong number. Yet ANOTHER company is calling. TATE 215-464-4500. They called at 10:12 am on 2/24/10. I am, YET A***N, reporting this number to the donotcall.gov site. It's automatic for me at this point because I am a business. I don't owe anyone any money. Employees do not have access to phone use unless it's an emergency as we only have ONE line. IMS, Vitelity, CPC, PLATINUM, VITEOS and now TATE. It seems like everytime I report a number I get a new round of names on my caller ID of these idiots who continue to call under a different guise.

This call came to my cell phone.  I have no idea who it was or why they called.  They **** up as soon as I answer the phone.  If I don't answer they leave no message.  I have read other places that this is a number to a very rude collection agency.  Their tactics include coersion and derogatory comments.  This is one of the same ones I dealt with prior (I'm divorced and was stuck with my x husband's debts in the thousands of dollars)they accused me of lying to them and demanded money.  When I tried to explain to them that I would be happy to send them money on a regular basis, they told me I had to send them the lump sum or they would sue me.  They never did and the courts would have laughed at them if they had done so.

They keep calling my cell and claim to be a collection agency, yet they don't even have my name right. Also I have only one loan out which has ALWAYS been paid on time. 12 calls in the last 30 days - the most recent at 8:27 Sa****ay morning (today). Told repeatedly that they were contacting the wrong person, but the calls continue.

Repeated calls asking for another person with a similar name. Even when told that they were contacting the wrong person, calls continued. Twelve calls in the last 30 days.

I got my 1st call from T&K on Sunday Oct. 11 at 8:24 pm. What a great time to call...NOT!! Anyways I went through the ****** recording and they dont even ask for me by my first and last name they ask for me by my middle and last name...for real ***?? So then as I go through the prompts towards the end I accidently hit 2 for no t hey had the wrong number after already hitting 1 for having the right number 3 times prior to that. So they gave me a number to call back and a file number after I accidently hit 2 for the wrong number so I ask myself why did they just give me a phone number and a file number if I just told them they have the wrong number. Anyways I call it directly back the number that showed up on caller ID since I didnt have pen and paper to write down the other number and file number that was given. Anyways after it rang forever some guy finally answered the phone who then gave me his name Ken ****son which I can almost guarantee isnt his real name but anyways he was so rude. He wouldnt give me any information as to who his company was without me giving him my telephone number I was calling from. I asked him why I needed to give it to him. I just wanted to know if they got my account from Regent Management Solutions since I am currently suing them for harrassment and scare tactics a**** way more other things for trying to collect a debt illegally...anyways I finally gave him the number that they just got done calling since he wasnt going to give me any information and when he puts in the number he states to me that they have nothing on file for that number and that they must have the wrong number. I stated to him thats funny since this number litterally just called my house and asked for someone who lives here and he still stated the same thing to me so I then a***n asked for his name to make sure I had it correctly where he was still oh so rude and we then parted ways. So since they "Supposedly" have no file for my home number which is my parents number not mine I should be getting no more calls from them yet I have gotten calls on October 13, 19, and 21st....hmmmm weird if you ask me...they seem pretty fishy and I wouldnt give them a dime of my money if I had money to give. Just an FYI....I have learned that although you have a debt and a company turns you into a collection agency you can still go straight to where your debt is and pay them directly!!! Its a lot safer and you dont have to pay collection fees either! So will see how far T&K wanna dig themselves cuz I will just sue them also!

Makes unwanted calls to my cell phone drive my bills up

This is the 2nd time I had to report/complain about this caller. It has been about 30 days since I filed the last complaint so I guess they figure it was safe to s**** calling. I am sure they will s**** calling a***n and recalling with another number just like before. I do not know who they are what they want or who they want but I do expect them to stop calling

I keep getting calls from these people and I do not know who they are. They call from another number and do not leave a message. I call back and then they ask for someone which whom I do not know and i ask to be removed from the list but I am still receiving calls from them.

Calling numerous times day after day. Leaving information about whom they are trying to reach, which I am sure is a privacy issue. I want the calls to stop immediately. I am not the person they are trying to reach.

They call then **** up, they never answer when you try to call them, I think I am going to have to get a lawyer

I don't answer these on my cell phone, but they leave voicemails for a Vladimir somebody I can't make out the last name. It says so****ing like "If you are not this person, please ..." then proceed to leave a detailed message "by continuing to listen, you indicate that you are Vladimir whatever and this is an attempt to collect a debt". Obviously a voicemail doesn't **** up until the caller does, and continues to listen although they are calling the wrong number. This is probably illegal.  Sometimes a toll free number appears in the caller id but it is the same thing.I suggest going to their website http://www.tate-kirlin.com/ and clicking on "contact us". Slam them with messages like "you are calling the wrong person. Keep it up and I will report you." You don't have to put in your contact info unless you want to and it will still go through.

I will NOT nawer the phone to these people.I will tell them that they are in felony violation of Nevada Law Code section 201.255 It is a felony in the state of Nevada to make harrassing phone calls of ANY type.I have notified the Sheriff in our tow about it as well as the FTC as well as the Attoreny General of The stateda.If needs be I will send you out a cease and desist letter.Please to not lat this become a criminal legal matter.Cease and desist immediately or face legal and criminal charges

Keep calling 4-5 times a day. No message, no info. Just pulled credit report and are no Pensylvania creditors listed on there so I have no idea what the deal is.

Am going to have to sue. Constantly getting calls to collect debts we do not have. We pay cash for everything except mortgage and utilities which I write a check for. We have no loans, credit cards, etc., so unsure why they keep bothering us. I will get it stopped.

These people call a lot, sometimes the caller ID shows Texas or another state. Sometimes the calls are from an blocked number. They tell me, that I owe their North Dakota bank a lot of money from using my Visa credit card. I do not have a Visa card and I have never been to North Dakota.  How do we get rid of these calls?  I am already on the "Do Not Call" register.

I called that 215 464 4500 and the voicemail said tate and Krillon, i also called the 1-866-520-3776 and that was not terry glass it was some jason guy, and he asked for my complete telephone number area code first. i fealt that they may have been fishing for data.

I just received a call from these people. The rule in my house is that we dont ever answer calls from numbers or people that we do not recognize. The caller ID showed Tate & Kir****d.

I have been getting calls from this number for someone I don't know. The calls are automated, press 1 if this is you, press 2 if it is not. You press 2 then it says it will wait for you to get that person to the phone. Or, if not there press 3, if wrong number press 4. You press 4 & they say they will not call back. But they do! I called them & they said they would remove my number, they still call. I've had this number for 5 yrs. How do you get rid of these people!!!

Caller leaves recorded message for Jeffry Howell. Will not talk to me when I answer the phone, according to my answer/recording ma****e. I am a 72 year old retiree. Built this home in 1993. Have had this same number for 15 years. No Jeffry Howell has ever lived here. I have told management by phone, at this number,but the calls continue 3/4 times per week. Recorded message says call 609-463-5460, reference number 10468651. I suspect an illegal alien or iden***y thief. My bank and credit card company have been notified. My phone number is 910-458-7744. Please terminate this harrassment. If needed, call me, I will play this recording for you.

Apparently they are very nasty people, and they try to get you to pay fees you do not owe on bills you aren't overdue on.  They also call from 1-866-520-3776, and leave a message from "Terry Glass"
