I think they are a telemarketer. I read somewhere that they are an energy company calling to have you switch. I have gotten 2 calls so far - a couple of days apart. The caller i.d. just says Philadelphia, PA on it. No name. They do not leave a phone number or a name of company. I wish they would stop calling. Very annoying.

They wanted to talk to "the person in charge of your electric bills." Silly solicitor, "person in charge of" ALWAYS equals ****-up.
they call atleast 3 to 4 times a day & don't leave a message. when I get home, my answering ma****e is full & I miss important phone calls that I should have gotten.
