spam...called our landline where I have "no solicitation" service. blocked them.

This person keeps calling me but I don't know who it is! I dob't answer because don't know this number and if I don't know who it is. I just don't answer plus never leaves a message! I am so glad that I got this app! It works real good! I wish I had know about it before! Thanks!

My parents just received a call from this number and they left a message on my their answering machine. He said his name is Thomas and he works for Siler and Associates. He left his #  1-877-543-6151 and a reference #. He requested that my parents tell me that he called and he needs to speak with me right away. The number on the caller ID was 1-215-526-2600. I am glad I looked this number up before I returned the call. Thanks for the previous insight.

I got a harrassing phone call from a Anthony Cross at this firm. He began asking me if I got a tax return, what my income status was and what my rent was. He said I owed an outlandish amount of money on a credit card. He asked how many personal cards I had current. I want a complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission against this Law Firm.

Who are these retards!!!?????  They can go ahead and continue to call...I just won't pick up the phone unless they actually leave a message to have me  call them back.  I'll just tell them I already have an attorney and they NEED TO SPEAK WITH HIM NOT ME  Too bad Soo sad.....

I recieved a call from this law firm 10 minutes ago. They wanted to know if I was associated with a person named Victoria. I told them no and they hung up. If they call back I now know they are  scammers from this blog. Great to find this info.

They keep calling me and i tell them i dont owe this money they say i do! some a hole cussed me out and wont stop calling! now im getting letters in the mail! they said my debt was in 2005 but texas' SoL is 4yrs so why are they still calling?! they tell me that im going to be sued and stuff!!! how can you have them stop calling and has anyone been sued from this company?

These scam artists have a so-called "60" people working the phones at Thomas Landis Law Office. The owner has a history, according to other posts. Don't be intimidated by these jerks and DON'T confirm or add to any information they present on the phone. Tell them that you DO NOT discuss these type of matters on the phone and to send you a letter. THE idiot will then say that they have already sent letters, etc.Tell them to remove your number or you will contact the Penn State Attorney's Office.....Don't let the receptionist transfer your call...because she will send you to a dead end extension. Tell her immediately to remove your number. (She will see the caller I.D.)Don't be stupid to fall for this basement style collection agency scam....If they continue to harrass you....harrass them back !

Received a msg on my machine from Tina Woods telling me to call the Thomas Landis Law Office at a toll free number of 877 543 6151 and referenced a file number.  Of course I did not call back and there was no one living here with the name they referenced.

I'm floored that I found this site! These people showed up on my Caller ID, and while I wouldn't have called them back in the first place, now I know it's BS and for SURE won't call them!  I hope they call again so I can mess with them!!!!

they called at 8:30 in the morning and when i answered they just hung up the phone.  so i tried calling the number back and it says its disconnected.  i just wanted to cuss them out but now i'm awake and ****ed.

Please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  They monitor the Fair Debt Collection Practices of which this firm is in total violation.  I believe you can find the complaint form online.  If inded this is a legal firm, you can also file a complaint against "Tom Landis" with his local Bar Association.  This form may also be online.  These people can be stopped if enough consumers will file the appropriate complaint forms.  I shudder to think of the number of senior citizens who have been frightened and intimidated into paying money they did not owe.

I recieved a call from a Melissa Page of the Law Office of Tom Landis at 215-526-2600 tell me that I owe $1,800 in a car loan.  Considering the only cars I have ever owned have been used that I have paid cash for I highly doubt I owe this.  She kept trying to get my Social Security Number to verify my identity.  I refused to give it.  I told her to send me Office corrospondence by mail i which she said they have which is false.  She got very rude and said they wont send anything I needed to take care of this matter now on the phone.  I said stop calling and hung up.

Do not waste your time.These people are hired from companies that have purchased bad loans etc. They hire collection/attorney agency to collect the debt that was purchased for pennies on the dollar.To often the debt was already resolved or the records are innacurate.If you are concerned run a credit check on yourself and if it is free and clear report the abuse to the proper agency.

These people need to be told that it is a crime to say you are attorney! I have called the state attorney general office and reported them and i was told that a investigation is under way.

I received a phone call from this number, a very gentle-voiced person left a message from this atty office. It was so quiet I couldn't hear the number on the line to return the call. Instead came on here to lookup the number - not going to call them back now. Thanks! This site is a real help to those who are not sure about who is calling them. :)

I got a phone call from a lady named Erin Baker caller Id read 215-526-2600 from the office of Attorney Tom Landon on 10/07/10 they said they had a business matter in there office left a reference number to call them back at 1-800-853-4000 best advice to you don't call them back! This is a total scam and can see how people get sucked in to answering there questions. They said I owed 9,738.00 on a visa then started questioning me on how long this would take to pay off and asked a bunch of personal questions. I know I do not owe any old debts so I just kept telling them I didn't know what they were talking about and after I had talked to three different people I finally just said look I am not paying any money on something that is not mine and he said look I'm trying to call you stupid or anything but you don't even know how many visa's you have I know this bill is yours it was opened back in January of 94 I know your name and your soc# and he spatted of the last four digits and then he hung up. Please help report these people!

I did not call this number back. First  and foremost, I don't owe any money other than monthly bills.....so, I inquired about this number thru google.  I say, "DON'T CALL BACK."

This man L/M that he sent a letter to an address that my husband never lived! Address belongs to his deceased uncle.
