Leave a CommentLeft an electronic voice mail saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit a***nst me and told me to call (215)602-1073. I didn't respond. Do they think people are that ******?
They called me this morning. When I answered it, was a recording supposedly from the IRS. It told me to call the number and that I had a suit that was being filed a***nst me. I called them back, knowing it was a scam, and the man that answered said he was from the IRS. He spoke very broken English. I game him my phone number, and had a lot of information about me. For someone who had no idea this was scam, they may fall for it. I told him he was full of **** and this is a proven scam. It's been on the news and on the internet. He, of course, argued with me and was very rude. I finally said I would report him to the authorities and ***g up. I haven't gotten about six calls since then. I called back once, from my cell phone, and gave them the wrong number. They ***g up on me when they realized the number wasn't one of theirs and when I called back, it would ring three times and **** up. I guess I shouldn't have called them out on it, but it is so annoying and****entially devastating for people who are gullible or have no idea this scam exists. Is there a number I can call to turn them for the harassing phone calls and the scam?

Caller claimed to be the IRS and was filling a law suit a***nst me.
I am on the Jersey S****. Called my landline. The caller ID says 'Cell phone PA'. Ma****e-generated female voice. Claiming to be an IRS agent. "IRS is filing a suit..." schtick.
******* scammers called twice
Phone Number (215) 602-1073 - Left voice message on my phone. Caller's voice was electronically generated and claimed to be the IRS. Said that IRS would be filing a lawsuit a***nst me and if i wanted more information I should dial this number back. This is a SCAM! Do not call the number back. IRS does not call you asking for money or personal information. Beware.
A recorded message claiming to be from the IRS said that a lawsuit has been filed "a***nst you. Please call back."
