I also have been recieving threatening phone calls from these people. They will not leave me alone and I know it is a scam!! I am not sure how to get these crooks to quit calling me but if anyone has any ideas i would greatly appreciate it! They call my work and I have threatened to call the police!

I am receiving calls from this number threatening to issue a warrant and have me arrested if I did not pay back a payday loan which I have never taken out. The calls are from two gentlemen with a strong Indian accent that call themselves John Smith and Roger Smith form Morgan and****ociates Law firm. Ther scarey part is, they have the last 4 digits of my social security number. They have also used my old checking account and forced me to be in the red. How do I stop these guys from doing any more damage?

they called looking for someone else. Indian accent, could barely understand, only that they where looking for someone else. They s****ed a yelling (and swearing match). He said he was @@@@ing my mother and I said wow are you sick, she is dead.  Some sort of scam I think, unprofessional, I think not legit for I use to do phone sales at one time for a reputable company.

Indian man named John Smith called and said that he was an officer and that a lawsuit had been filed a***nst me for criminal activities. Advised me to call him back ASAP because I was in trouble and could loose my kids and my job. This message was left in a voice mail and I couldn't understand half of what he said. I did not return his call.

I am an attorney. This is a fradulent number from a call center in India. The best way to eliminate this is to tell them to take you off of their call list. You KNOW it is a fraud and it is a FEDERAL OFFENSE AND YOU WILL PROSECUTE. I guarantee they will remove your name and you will not hear from these losers a***n. Often, they get your name, social security number and telephone number from payday loan applications online.
