same situation as the two comments above. The caller is with Indian accent. The call ID is from "PA".

Received a message from Steve Mohaden at 12:04pm saying that he was with US Treasury Enforcement and advised that if I did not return the call that they would proceed with arrest warrant. I returned the call and got male who identified himself as Mike Johnson and gave an employment ID number 11532. He spoke with Eastern Indian-type accent and there were other voices in the background...similar to a call center. He asked about my filing of taxes, advised that there was arrest warrant issued and wanted to know whether I had filed my taxes personally or used an accountant. I replied that he should have that information from my records already. He advised that if I did not cooperate and provide him with information that he would have me arrested for two years. I said that I would need to receive formal warrant or papers in person. He replied that he would not be sending anything in wirting but would send the authorities to arrest me. I ended the call. I believe this was a spam call.

Left the message saying so****ing about enforcement of US treasury and threaten me that if I ignore this phone call will face consequence etc. It is sound like from a recording with Indian accent. The caller ID showing "Hatboro PA"
