The people calling are not actually calling from the USA they have a computer system that sends random numbers to you when they call. When they do call they don't have to obey the laws we do in the USA because they are actually calling from a call center in India.. They are not held responsible for calls made after 9pm or 8am and when you tell them not to call they don't have to "remove" you from a call list. This is a pharmacy who sells "legal" drugs sold outside of the USA and once they get your number there is little to nothing you can do to stop them by asking, however there are a few things you can do to stop the calls. Remember that they don't dial your number it's a computer system that does. When you get a call from a number you know is them calling or are unsure of who it is let it ring through to your voicemail or just let it ring.. The computer system will in time kick your number out sue to "non-answer" it may take a little bit, but it does work. Reporting the the FCC will have the number shut down, but another one will be****igned. The companies are without prescriptions and ez tramadol. Good luck

This guy with an Indian accent just called me. He knew my first and last name. Wanted to update my pain medication prescription - which I obviously do not have. I asked him to stop calling me and ***g up the phone. He called back 1 minute later and asked why I had ***g up. Very creepy! I did file an FCC complaint. Hope that helps!

Keeps calling - will not stop

calls from different numbers everyday about the same time, I caught up with him yes****ay and he said he's with Drug Inforcement Agency, and threatened to call "The Drug Squad". If u have had business with online Pharmacy's in the past this is their follow up, be careful, they are scarry and would not be surprised if they were sponsers of this web page.

I keep getting calls from this pharmacy and I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling me.. Calls are to my cell phone...

Just did a reverse lookup and am glad I did.  Seems this is a harassment call.  I've tried everything in the past with these calls and they keep calling.  Now I just don't answer just like now.  They also call me late at night which annoys me no end since I have to get up at 4:30 am

They are trying to sell me drugs that I am not interested in! No idea how they got my number.

Calls every 2 days - I tell him to stop calling and I'll record his harassing phone calls for prosecution.  Cusses me out with non-sense cuss words that sounds like a 5 year old randomly reciting every cuss word they know.  Has an indian accent, makes up a new personal name and company name every time he calls, the # he calls from is a fake # which means he fraudulantly c****ed it so he can't be traced.

"Max" at a pharmaceutical company called several times over the past year and today when I said we do not use drugs and never ordered any drugs he yelled at me that I was a liar...he kept saying it. He had a foreign accent and was very aggressive. I should have just ***g up and not engaged in a conversation but I was hoping he would understand that he had wrong info on our household and stop calling.  Why do these scams have phone numbers from Pennsylvania all the time....What laws in Pennsylvania allow this? This guy is scary.

This drug store calls 10 times a day everyday. even after i told them i don't want there stuff.

We are receiving DAILY telephone calls from this number.  Subject caller is male with an Indian accent and claims to be selling Phen-Phen or has a package that I ordered...  This subject can get very rude and the calls will not stop.  They are using a rolling call identifier, so placing the number on your "call reject" will not work...DO NOT GIVE THIS CALLER ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER!  Do not confirm your name, your address, your email, or your phone number - nothing!  This is a phishing scam and may be originating from overseas.  Lots of call room noise in the background.Short of c****ing your phone number, there is not a lot that you can do with this.  Some people are intentionally stringing the caller along by playing ignorant, but that can lead to retaliation.

This is a fake caller Id. They are not afraid of threats and do not call lists. Best is to buy so****ing (and cancel later) so the CC companywould know who is getting the money.

For over a year, this same caller has repeatedly ignored requests to cease calling. They are pushy and will not take 'NO' for an answer.

This guy identified himself as "Max" and asked me if I wanted ****** or Cialis. (I'm a woman.) When I asked him where he was calling from he said "Denver Colorado" even though the name on the caller ID was "Pennsylvania" and the number began with a Philadelphia area code. He told me he used ****** and Cialis and asked me if I wanted to do so****ing with him.  He then proceeded to tell me that he knew everything about me.  When I asked him if he was threatening me, he said "Yes." I did the *57 trace and called the Qwest number for reporting harassing phone calls.  They said they cannot take deterrent action if the phone call does not originate from one of their customers' numbers and told me to contact my local law enforcement.  I'm fairly certain the police in my city have other things to do than track down a scam artist calling from God knows where.  I put the number on a "Call Rejection List" so I don't have to deal with it.

This guy calls me everyday at all hours.  I have asked repeatedly for him to remove my name from his list.  Tonight at 9:56 he called and said he wanted to be my phone friend and wanted to F me over the phone.  This has gone from annoying harassing calls to obscenity.  There has to be so****ing that can be done.

This is the 6th fake number they have used to call me. As soon as I block one number, they use another. It doesn't seem like I have much of a chance of stopping them, unless I c****e my phone number.

This US healthworks has been calling me about 7 months now. The return # is always out of service. Have told me there is nothing I can do to stop their calls. And also, good luck with the authorities. At my witts end with this. Is there no help? Seems same people are contacting me. Ronnie Jason, or Erik. Bogus Company. Bogus Names. Isn't this illegal? How do you block this caller, when they always call from a different number.

These people are s****ing their caller i.d. which can be easily done if you know so****ing about telecommunications. It's also illegal in the United States for telemarketers to do this. Only law enforcement and domestic violence shelters and other en***ies of that nature are allowed to s**** caller i.d. The caller i.d. these people are using is bogus, and they c****e caller i.d. numbers every couple of days. This is why the FCC is having such a difficult time tracking them down. The FCC and the FTC are aware of these people but who knows how or if they can stop them. They have called my home phone ***dreds of times in the last six months.

I got a call the other day from a caller sounding Indian trying to sell me a cheap prescription drug plan. I told him I already have a plan through my job and that I wasn't interested and then I ***g up. I'm glad I wasn't home to take this call. When I came home today I noticed that I received another call also probably trying to sell me a prescription plan. Don't they ever stop?

That is the name they gave trying to sell perscription drugs to who ever answers the phone.

Same deal here- the call is random and unwarranted. I have asked them to stop and they do not. I did not ever get the point of listening to what they tried to sell.

This company is selling *****, Vicodin and Oxycontin without a prescription. I have asked them to stop calling repeatedly and they respond that the only way they’ll stop is if I buy so****ing.
