You will have to actually speak with them to stop the calls. just explain that they are contacting you in error and in a few days (if you give them the chance to get it done) the calls will stop. Yelling, ****ing up, cursing, being rude, or any other manner of senseless ranting and raving will not stop the calls. If you just stay on the line with them and give them a bit of time to get it done, I am positive that you will no longer have these problems.

I do not know who these people are. They just s****ed calling this past Friday.  I am not at home when they usually call, which is during the day.  I had about 6 ****ups on my answering ma****g in one day. All by bills are paid up to date so I have no clue what they are calling me for.
