Leave a CommentAppears that First Savings customer information database was hacked. Got to wonder where customer information is kept? How the hacker got the personal info? What if anything First Savings is doing to correct the flaw in their security? What if anything First Savings is doing to protect customers? What other personal information the hackers got? One person who had their accounts emptied said First Savings is charging them a $95 to cancell their debit card and reissue, and they didn't even rush the replacement, it going to take her 2 weeks to get a new debit card! REALLY ???

Text saying my First Savings ATM/Debit card was deactivated. So I called the number from a landline (not mine) it was a recorded message to enter your 16 digit account number to reactivate. So I entered in 16 random numbers, then it asked for the expiration date and pin number. So I entered bulls**t numbers a***n. It then said my account was reactivated... Amazing........
