Threatens legal actions and cites people names unknown to the recipient.

That was the last attempt to reach me, that they were going to take further step, that my employer was going to be contacted. I called back to here more about how they have my phone number, but they **** up on me.

They stated they had a legal claim to settle a***nst me, and left a number and a claim #. They have called several times, different numbers.

Said they were calling on two matters and that they couldn’t give the clients name or info and that they were going to continue with legal proceedings which could result in being served at our home or work and a wage garnishment. Ridiculous

They were studiously ***ue, but clearly their intent was to intimidate/frighten, me about “a matter.” They said, next, they would contact my employer, et al. They said this was my last chance to respond. If I did not, they said they would “proceed,” but not what they would proceed with. They have left dozens of “last-chance” messages. I am on the so-called “do-not-call list.”

To resolve a debt for My Brother

Called number back it stated I had a debt. Person identified itself as BGA but wouldn't tell me what the abbreviations stood for. When I called the number which left this number 201-582-8876 the person answered Bill Gates****ociate he knew my name and refused to repeat what he said. I can't find them on BBB or any legal mediation site which he stated the company was. When asked to send me the original debt he stated he is only the mediator and they don't have all of that information.
