Is a sat phone.My fiance called me a few times from this number.He is working on a cruise ship....If you call back is busy...

Just got a call at 20:40 from the same number but the guy was speaking a language I don't understand, but at least he said so****ing. Weird 'cause I'm in New Caledonia, a little island that not many people know...anyways

Ignored it.

Received a call at 7:20 am on my cell phone and there was no one there.   When I call back, the line is reportedly out of service.

A friend of mine left me a voicemail from this number on 19 Aug, 2008, he is working on an ocean cruiser, so probably it's a sat phone or similar.

the person said his name is emmanuel edema from ghana and is on a ship in the persian gulf.  yeah, right. hope he is found soon

Got a call about noon 6/14 with only static - so do you think it is my friend on Celebrity Century (part of the RCCL family) or my crazed sister-in-law in Ohio?

keep getting this call too... brother is on a cruise ship in Europe... could be him?  there is always just silence though.

Hi I'm based in the UK and Tonite at 10:45pm GMT i received a call from this number +2162261953. I don't know anyone with this number and from the information i have read I am happy I actually missed the call. I think i will keep a watch on my phone for random numbers from now on!Has anyone discovered who the random caller might be yet?

just to clear it up for everyone, it IS Royal Carribbean Cruise line. Occasionally, when my ex gf would call me from on board, where she is working,  using a calling card sold on the ship, that # would show up on my caller id, although normally there would just be a 6 digit #.

Hey guys i think it is a cruise ship my finance works on one, but when he calls no number shows up.  I don't know anyone in Ohio either it's 1am that who ever it is keeps calling.  they even left a voicemail of breathing.  it's really freaking me out.

Received multiple calls from this number at 5am.  At least 6 calls so far this week.  There's never anyone on the other end of the line.

i got the call at 3am from this number.. i called tmobile and they said its a prank call.. i told them i call the number back and it says its disconnected.. but there is nothing they can do about it..

Well, w***ver is calling is back at it a***n.  I have already received two calls this morning.  I just tried to call the number back to see if anyone answered and the number has been disconnected...  weird!

Same here. This number keeps calling me. I don't know why. I don't know anyone from Ohio!

Some idiot keeps calling me but refuses to speak.  I can hear a bit of background noise.  I also heard breathing on one of the calls.  I don't know anyone in Ohio.  This is freakin' annoying!!!  I have already received a dozen calls from this number today and it is only 9am.  Now, I am not picking up and the phone still keeps ringing.
