Received a call from this number recently. No message was left

I was waiting for a call from the Cleveland Clinic and****umed it was them. Wasn't able to pick up in time and no message was left. The number is very close to the number at the Clinic.

Them keep calling and do not respond when you answer.

Phone rang for a few seconds then stopped. No name or location on missed call notice on my phone.

They called and failed to leave a message. I'm not calling back. ****ume this is a scammer.

They called and left no message. Called back twice and gives busy signal.

They call often and leave no message. I don't call back. I am a Retired Police Officer so I am wat****g this.

Assuming spam. Random call with no voicemail.

Call frequently but then **** up when I answer. Call doesn't go through when I try to call it back.
