Got a call and the person whispered our last name twice.  That was it.

Yep, Delcom.Asked them NOT to call back numerous times, they don't listen.So Wife and I got this phone made by P*******c. This phone has a blocked call feature where 'you' put a number on the 'block call' list and when caller ID sees the number the phone answers with a fake busy signal.Problem is the list holds only thirty numbers ... ****!!

Call once a week.  Do not leave a message and **** up when I answer.  Does not make sense.

I received what I hope to be my last call from 216-274-0876 today.  I took another's advice and called the supervisor at Delcom.  I explained everything.  She removed my name / number and it should be a closed issue. I shared that one more call and I would be filing a formal complaint with numerous parties.

It is definitely the Plain Dealer.  They call our house every other day asking if we would like to get their paper a***n.  And the answer is always the same. NO!!!  No matter how many times you say you are not interested, they continue to call.

I got a call from this number on my way home from work tonight.  Answered it and dead air.  My phone was on vi***te this evening and I missed another call from this number.  No message.  We recently cancelled our weekend Plain Dealer subscription, then a few weeks later I s****ed it back up a***n when I saw a deal (free Entertainment book).  The first week, we had two missed papers - the second one on Thanksgiving Day!  Anyway, I'm sure this was the PD calling.  VERY annoying.

Been getting these annoying call for about a week now.  No one is ever there and then call disconnects almost immediately after I pick it up!  I called the number above that Justice posted and got DelCom.  She took my number and said it wouldn't happen a***n.  We'll see . . .

Finally got a message on my answering ma****e from Delcom to return their call.  When I called the number they left me, 216-999-4043, the phone was answered by the CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER.  I told the lady what was going on with all the calls and no one on the other end.  She****ured me that this would not happen a***n, and their computer system was messed up and autodialing for some reason.  I hope this stops.  If you continue to get the calls from Delcom, then call the number above and let them have it for a while.  I sure did.

Delcom calls my house all the time, and as usual there is never an answer on the other end of the line.  Tried calling the number back and get a recording.  This is very annoying, and what ever happened to the national do not call list?  I thought this was illegal?  If this is truley the CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER, then my subsciption is done.

I now continually call back blocking my number and when it says leave your name and number I put the phone next to the tv, just to take up their answering ma****e. Sometimes i pop in a ****o and let that record

For the past 2 weeks, I receive a call from Delcom 216 274 0876, rushing to answer the phone, there is NEVER anyone on the other end. EVER. Checking with a reverse phone listing the company is located at 1801 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. 44114. This I know is the Cleveland Plain Dealer. My job requires me to be on call 24/7. So, when the phone rings I must answer it. This is the most annoying disgusting behavior from the Cleveland Plain Dealer. I am serioulsy contemplating canceling my subscription, due to these annoying calls. READERS REVOLT Cancel your subscriptions!!

I just received a call from this number. I said*****o and I heard silence.

The caller ID says DELCOM but the caller is really the Plain Dealer newspaper, and they will NOT stop calling.  Sometimes they **** up when I answer, which is just plain rude.  Time to get the FCC involved !

I get calls several times a day.  I am on the do not call list.  Can't these people be fined for this harassment.  If I wanted to subscribe to the paper, I wouldn't do it through a telemarketer! Most of the time, noone replys when I say*****o, if it goes to the answering ma****e, I get a long silence then they ****up.

Telemarketing call that won't stop!  So annoying.

It's a direct marketing company trying to get you to re-subscribe to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.  If you're getting the calls, you were probably at one time a subscriber.

I get several calls from this number. The latest one was on 5/18. After I said*****o there was silence for about 15 seconds then they ***g up.
