We have received 4 calls from this phantom online survey also. They ask directly for my Father and go on about furthering his career/education. Funny thing is that my Father is 84 yrs old and has been retired for 20 years. Talk about targeting the old people! Thankfully both my parents have common sense still. This call reached us as 'classes careers' from the above number.

"Career Institute" He said he got my number from an online survey then asked what kind of college classes I am interested in taking. When I responded that I am sure I indicated in the survey the type of classes I'm interested in taking, he quickly shifted gears and said, "If you have any questions about this call, you can dial..." and gave me another number too quickly for me to write down. Then he disconnected the line.
