These people call all hours of day and night but will not give any information why they're calling and when I asked exactly what I was being called for, the woman stated in a condescending tone how I'm irresponsible and don't pay my bills. I asked what bills I'm not paying and was told nothing relevant and was continued to be denigrated so I ***g up. They keep calling I just don't answer.

got several missed calls from this number in one day....when i called them back they said i owed on a previous medical bill.  I'm sure the bill is valid and I just haven't paid it yet.  I repeatedly asked for some type of correspondence from them that included the reporting company, amount I owe and an address where payment can be sent.  The woman that called was incredibly rude the entire time on the phone and seemed put off by my request for proof of debt.  She said they sent me letters and I told her they were never received.  She told me I was lying and said that I could be sure the next letter I get from them would be from their legal department.  She was unprofessional the entire time on the phone and ended the call by screaming at me and ****ing up.

Got a call from these clowns couldn't they bill insurance ??

They called my moms cell because there was an oustanding payment on a hospital bill that I didn't know wasn't paid.  After reading all the information provided on this page I was able to contact Jim Andrews back at 2163602000 (just call them back with *67 and your number won't show up.)- he is part of a collection agency that was hired by the hospital and I paid the bill right over the phone and it didn't go on my credit report! He was really nice and said they wanted to get a hold of me so that it wouldnt effect my credit.

I had a call on my caller ID from this company and searched here to see who it was before calling back. I'm glad I called them because there was a doctor bill on my credit report and I had no clue! The rep was really nice and helped me read my EOB only to find out it was my responsibility. I paid it and then pulled my credit report and they updated it "paid in full" helped my score jump up in points! If I ever have to deal with an agency a***n I hope it's them.

They are a medical collection agency in Beachwood, OH.  That's all I know about them.

Someone called my cell, wouldn't give name or return call info.  I called the number back and it was for FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT.  I don't know who they are or why they called.  I do not have an account with them.
