The company is working for Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.  They called my home number then did a Google search (my best guess) to find my unlisted MagicJack phone number, another unlisted voicemail number, and an unlisted fax number.  They called all of them within minutes of each other.I called them back I told them I cannot pay at this time (no job, no income, can't pay for chronic medical needs, etc.) but that I will begin paying when I can.  The 'nice' lady listed me as a "refusal to pay" and will turn it over to "them" to make a decision on next steps.  Since I can't pay their $11k bill today, I am refusing to pay ever -- that is their reasoning.They are not a nice firm to deal with.
