Received a call from 216-487-7010. It was to offer to lower my credit card interest rate to 6%, but then wanted me to "confirm" my credit card number and I told him I did not feel comfortable giving out my information over the phone. He became very agitated and said "You're not listening to me! I do not want the whole number" and when I explained to him I did not want to give out any info ESPECIALLY to someone who called ME out of the blue he s****ed yelling. So I told him "you are being very rude and I'm ****ing up now". I would NOT give my information to w***ver it is calling and block their number immediately.

This is not a legit number. Just **** up, they are scammers.

Recorded message from "card services" claiming to be able to lower credit card interest rates. Phishing scam!!

I received a call from this number and since I did not know it I sent it to voicemail. No message left.
