Just received a call from this number. She claims that this is from Bank of America. I couldn't hear her clearly, then she said she is going to call me back. She has done it yet. So obviously this call doesn't have sound purposes.

Have requested to be removed from list and won't stop calling!!!

They are with Bank of America Credit Card Services - Sales. I went to BoA website and ended up back with Card Services...I told the guy the whole story and about all the listed complaints. They are trying to deal with it. So yeah from what I gathered it's real.

This number has called excessively for several months. They never leave a message. They call for a few days, then start again a few weeks later in the same pattern. Please make them stop!

This operation are a bother. I told them to take me off of their list and they then asked for my address which I foolishly gave them.

More calls from FIA Card Services, whoever they are. They never leave a message. I'm on the DNC Regestry and will file a complaint.

!st, if you are not registered, do so: www.donotcall.org. After 31 days of being on the list, if they still call (like they did to us). go back to the donotcall.org registry and FILE A COMPLAINT. You will need the information about the Company, the phone number and if you have spoke with them. STOP THE MADNESS!! they get HUGE fines now, so file a COMPLAINT!!!

I am so tired of the telemarketing calls, the courtesy calls, the I want to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge calls.  I just want to ask them when their kid's go to bed or have nap time, so I can call & wake them up!  UGGG, I am so annoyed, why can't they call once and then go away?  Why to they have to cal 3 X a day every day?  Don't they get it?  Oh, mybe they are just really STUPID>

FIA Card Services (FIA Card Services, National Association) is a unit of BofA acquired from MBNA. BofA's left hand can't even find its right hand.They were originally set up to provide clearing house services for banks other than MBNA (Wachovia, etc.), but BofA seems to use them for a variety of services, mostly annoying customers.

Got a call from this number asking for my husband. I told them he was not aval. I asked who was calling and they said it was BANK of AMERICA and it was a curtiousy call and that if he needed to reach them that the number was on the back of his card. All that was correct, but it is not BANK of American it was BAnC of America Solutions, representing themselves as the finiancial inst. B OF A. Be weary and do not give out personal info.

I got a call on my cell from, you  guessed, 215-545-8326.  Since I did not recognize the number, I did not answer the call.  I did google the number and found all these posts--most have in common BOA.  My connection to BOA is that I recently received a credit card from them--I wodner if there is an insider stealing customer information hoping to nab some unsuspecting soul.

The phone number says it is FIA services and the rep on the phone claimed to be from Bank of America when she called at night.  Wanted to verify my new credit card info and social security #.  I said if your from the bank you tell me my social security # she hung up on me.

They keep calling although they have been told to stop calling. They never say anything but as soon as we answer the phone we tell them to stop calling. Extremely annoying.

I got a call today from them and called back. It was an automated women saying that it was a courtesy call and that they just wanted to talk to me because they find that it's nice to touch base with their customers. She never said what it was actually FOR though! She said to hold for the next available agent so I just hung up. I hope they don't start calling me everyday like other people on here.

I am getting at least 5 calls a day, they are saying they are from Bank of America.

Called at 8:45 PM last night. I did not answer. No message left. Have read comments on this and other sites that say this is a scam and that they want your SSN and/or cc number. Fahgeddaboudit. If they call again, I will answer and tell them I am reporting them to the FCC. I am on both the state and federal Do Not Call lists.

I received a similar call to the previous entry on 4/23/09.  The phone number says it is FIA services and the rep on the phone claimed to be from Bank of America.  He said he would call at a better time.

Has showed up several times on CID. On the two occasions I answered a male and then a female claimed to be Bank of America reps and wanted personal info. Hung up and called REAL Bank of America CC Fraud division. Reported this number and incident to them. They haven't heard of this number either.

Call received 3/30/09. No message left.

why am I getting calls......I am on a do not call list

I have received two calls from this number in the last 3 business days, and the caller id says FIA Card Svcs. When I answer, there is no one on the line. Very annoying.

I received a similar call to the previous entry on 2/25/09.  The phone number says it is FIA services and the rep on the phone claimed to be from Bank of America when she called at night.  However, she kept droning on about thanking me for my new credit card and said I could transfer balances from other credit cards and wanted to get them.  I hung up.

I was very kind to this caller who claimed to be from Bank of America.  She called my cell phone and asked for my wife.  I work at a large bank and was immediately suspicious.  I tried to find out what the purpose was and she said that is was a "courtesy call."  That is a LIE!  There is no such thing at a bank!  She wouldn't leave a name or tell me what division she worked in.  She did NOT work for BoA.
