This company was calling several times per day. They would stay on the line long enough to trigger the voice mail but never left a message. We are on the Do Not Call List. The company is located in Cleveland, OH. Here is their contact information: West Park Direct, 2728 Euclid Avenue, Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44115. Their phone number is (216) 589-0200. I called them directly to register a complaint. You can reach a "Floor Supervisor" (whatever that is!) by dialing extension 113. The woman there was got pretty nasty with me after I told her I was reporting them to the State Attorney General because we are on the Do Not Call List, but she did take my number and said they'd put it on the Do Not Call List. We'll see. Call them and complain! Good luck!

called about NW Daily news paper 12 weeks at half off - said no thank you and next thing I know they are delivering the daily paper to my driveway - called Sheriff off and filed complaint of thief of service cause they filed for a commission on this none sell and I was billed for unsolicited paper -- After calling sheriff and News paper - account canceled and telemarketer company fired. Not to happy fired is not good enough they stole service and fraud me.

****up, get a call from this line at least twice a week. If it is the Pilot calling about me subscribing, they did not listen to me the first time to take my number off their list.

This person has called me every day, sometimes two or more times a day for the past week. They never leave a message and the one time I pick it up, they mumble so****ing un-intelligible and **** up. I don't know how to get them to stop calling me. When I call the number back, it's a busy signal

I usually don't answer calls from a number I do not recognize. But this number has repeatedly called day after day within the past 2 weeks. I finally answered it and it was someone telling me I was eligible to recieve the paper for half off. She didnt even ask if I wanted this offer, went right into getting my information. I was polite and continued but when asked for my address I asked what is was for a***n and she replied and I politely stated I didnt need the paper. I did not **** up right away. Apparently she didnt either and rudely said "Whateva!" Very unprofessional.

After the fourth time answering, someone finally came on and said they worked for the ******ian Pilot, which is a popular newspaper in my area, when she asked if I was 18 or older, I lied and said no, so she'd leave me alone. Problem solved for me I guess.

They have been calling almost daily for the last 4 months and asking for different people. I have told them they are not calling a business and that I am on the national "Do not call list". you have to call them and tell them to take you off their list. he says it's a computer error when it doesn't say anything and that they're like a clearing house for local papers. tried as heck to get me to sign up and just be persistent and you have to be removed from the list.
