Yeah, this Lance called a relative of mine asking for me and he was very rude.  Would not say why or what he was calling for.  He won't be calling a***n because his number has been blocked.

These banks do not play games with student loans backed by fedral goverment they have taken my tax return for 3 years strait and is currently garnishing my wages 36% of my income. So if people keep play games with them they will have the last laugh its best to try and work it out befor it get to the point were the take out of your check. and it will happen just a matter of time

Just got a call from Mr Gadson i also cosigned for my son wich has never paid a bill in his life and now i owe key bank 27,000.00 spoke with him and was very kind and and he woked out a settlement for $16,200.00 wich save me ******0.00 that i or son will never have to pay back this man is the best im going to my bank in the morning and will be over nignting him a check with a thank you card i should never co signed for my son so i am thankfull he work it out and as for angry mom that post above me maybe you call him back and resolve you issues being angy  will not save your credit and if you child is not responsable like mine is not dont cosign for them

Well, ****ay for you......they didn't want to work out anything with me. I co-signed for my daughter's first school loan and now you'd think I was public enemy #1. All I kept hearing is that I needed to take care of MY obligation. He was able to tell me detailed information about my credit as well which I found to be very invasive. As to working anything out he wanted me to come up with half and then maybe work out payments, but he never gave me actual figures. When I tried to press him for those, and for so****ing in writing, he got ****. Bottom line, he's looking for a quick commission and isn't interested in working anything out. The call ended with nothing resolved. He called back to leave me a message that I was right about only co-signing for one loan, not the three he originally said I signed for. .

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS GUY AND I OWE KEY BANK 20K AND HE SETTLED THE DEBTOR FOR ME FOR 60% OF WHAT I OWED AND REMOVED MOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH HIM AT ALL HE WAS VERY FREINDLY AND I CHOSE  TO PAY MY BILLS AND NOT GET UPSET BECAUSE I OWED KEY BANK MONEY BOTOM LINE PAY WHEN YOU OWE MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET CALLED  I DONT UNDESTAND PEOPLE YOU OWE SOME COMPANY MONEY AND GET MAD WHEN THEY ASKED YOU TO PAY IT BACK THATS SAD THE TIME YOU TOOK TO COMPLAINT YOU COULD HAVE WORK SO****ING OUT TO HELP YOUR CREDIT AFTER ALL  YOU BORROWED THE MONEY OR NO BILL COLLECTOR WOULD NOT BE CALLING YOU

i just got a call from a Lance Gadson. he told me to call him back on a very important matter.... I think it is a key bank loan that i haven't been able to pay on. I just paid 7500 on two bad debts i had over the last 7 days. I don't have anything left. what should i do?

I was a victim of iden***y theft, and Key Bank was involved. After almost 2 years and multiple phone calls and faxes to Key Bank with my federal case number, I get a call from Lance Gadson. Like other individuals he gives the impression of being a lawyer and "not just a collection agent." He reads out your personal info like your Social Security number and wants you to verify it over the phone. Does he think that a victim of iden***y theft is just going to give or verify info over the phone without questions?  I'm calling Key Bank, then the Federal Trade Commission Iden***y theft line and reporting him.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I had a student loan from Key Bank. Lance Gadson called me in reference to my loan and was very rude. He asked about my deceased ***her's estate (of which there is none, also the loan was in my name and my ***her was only the cosigner) and also told me a bunch of bull about the IRS witholding my taxes and sueing me. I happened to be away on vacation at the time and he called my cell phone. I made it clear to him that there should be nothing in my ***her's name and how much this was upsetting myself and my mother since my ***her's ***** was somewhat recent. He s****ed to get nasty with me and I ended the phone call quickly. I have the phone number to reach Lance Gadson @ The Revenue Group but I refuse to call because of how rude he was with me. I am going to call Key Bank directly.

I received a call from this number a couple of weeks ago. The caller was very rude. He claimed that he was trying to collect a debt. When I advised him that this debt had been discharged in a bankruptcy in 8/2007 he claimed to be a lawyer and advised me that this debt could not be discharged. When I pushed the issue, he got belligerent and wanted my bankruptcy lawyers name because he was going to have him disbarred. I offered to provide him with my email address as I was unable to write down his information at the time of the call while driving. He refused and ***g up on me. Interestingly enough, I now know who he is as I received a collection letter from his office. It appears that they are a legitimate collection agency, but their tactics leave so****ing to be desired. The caller refused to identify himself until I really got on his case. Claimed to be Lance Gadson with Revenue Group. Tried to make me think he was a lawyer and then backed off when I pushed him on that. Claimed he had put a lien on property that I do not even own anymore. When presented with that fact he then said he COULD still put a lien on it if he wanted. These people are liars and use strong arm tactics when in fact they do not have a leg to stand on. I could not convince him that I did not owe money. I finally ***g up on him when he refused to let me speak and began to yell and browbeat me.
