That is not good advice to **** upCould it be a collection agency calling to collect a delinq debt???C'mon it really is not that hard to figure out is it?Pay your bills there are no  free rides.

That same guy Jim Ryan called me on thursday saying he was the Internal Revenue Office and I need to call him back immediately. So I did because I was concerned, When I got him on the line I was told I was being sued for my defaulted student loans by the IRS in Beachwood Ohio. According to this man they were taking my income tax garnishing mine and my ***hers wages (co-signer). All this j***. He proceeded to talk about my ***her in ways that were not needed calling him a poor joe shmoe and all this stuff. Then after he ***g up with me called my mothers number (have no idea how he got it) bc she has nothing to do with any of my loans or anything with me. And he gave her all my information. Isnt there like a HIPAA law a***nst that for privacy?

My student loans were also in default and  no longer in  deferment. My wages are being garnisheed now! Dont mess around it  will  come  back  to  haunt you. It is  horrible I  dont speak   with  my ***her over the  student loans as a result. You  see he was a co-signor and  he was  sued and  they even recorded a lien a***nst his home!!

he called me too. he is very agressive and pushy. he want money like today! he said if you pay me $3000 today then the rest of the loans we will talk about. arou f... kidding me. he does not want to answer how much is the interest rate, how much are the paymnets going to be, nothing. he does not make any sense. does anyone have any info how we can get a hold of our private loans and pay them off in timely manner. with someone who is normal?

Actually my experience  with my student loans was  quite different! Since I have many loans that spanned over five years it  has always been very difficult to keep on top of them. However, Mr Ryan was able to negotiate my entire loan folder (4 loans) for a total of $22,000  down to 13,100 ! So I am  so relieved and satisfied. Other companies I  have  dealt with  never even offered me  the opportunity that Jim Ryan did.  Thank You for everything Jim.

Very professional. I really have a new found respect and personal gra***ude for the way  Mr Ryan handled  the resolution of my student loan.

T,10,000 seems to be a pretty decent settlement. I would simply request written verification from  the collection agency. A release that would say  for $10,000, your student loan will be paid in full. Then do the right thing and satisfy your debt!

Private loans issued by Key Bank which are no longer defferable. The loan balance is due and payable in full.

I just had this same guy call a***n, what an a**. Rude, arrogant, demanding, now that I recognized the number I just *****ed with him till he ***g up.bill collector, looking for someone with same last name, but totally different everything

I had the same experience today with the same JACK***. I also had a student loan. The school filed for bankruptcy before I could get the certification I was working towards. This was prior to the full term of the 2 years that we had agreed upon. Needless to say, I did not get what was promised to me.

I've had 3-4 calls from this person, they **** up, this time I called back and the guy was a *****!I said, someone just called called I"m *** returning the call.The guy said "look pal, dont****ume anything I didn't call you " and ***g up

Yeah I knew this was a scam operation.  I ended up sending them $7000 for a "Payment Arrangement" that they never followed up on or sent any do***entation out about except a letter 3 months later saying that I failed to pay them and that I now owed them $10000 after they lied, stole my money that I borrowed from a relative and then told me I owed them a full $10000 amount.  I've gotten a lawyer that will be contacting them about getting my $7000 back.  Also, the guy Jim Ryan and T Cater Dermot are the same person as far as I can tell.  Do not send these people any money

Jim Ryan works for a company called Revenue Group. The address is 3700 Park East Drive Suite 240, Beachwood, OH 44122. They were collecting on a debt for Key Bank.

I've gotten calls from this guy several times and he wants me to send him $10,000 to settle a student loan.  At first he claimed his name was Jim Ryan, but then the last time he called he claimed his name was T Carter Dermot.  It's getting weirder and weirder when he calls.  I'm s****ing to think this is a scam.  Does anyone have any info on this guy?

Someone needs to get to the bottom of this as his tactics sound like a serious violation the FCRA. They need to provide you with a name and address since a person can write and under the law ask that they not contact them by telephone.

The guy just called my house asking for my husband.  He also became very rude when I asked what it is regards to.  His exact quote was "Ma'am, I will be more stubborn about keeping this information from you than you will be persistent."  I thought that was a weird line to give someone.  The man also left that number and to ask for a Jim Ryan.

Received a call asking for relative that has never lived with me.  I called back and asked how he got my number.  He said he got it from his caller ID.  I asked when he claims to have received a call from my number and he ***g up.

When he calls, don't answer or just **** up.

I just had the same experience....weird and obnoxious.  He called me twice and when I answered the phone this time, he says he received a call from me and when I asked who he was...he said "have anice day"...someone needs to find out what this guy is up to...

Someone from this # calls my house on a regular basis and when I ask what company he is with he becomes really abusive and obnoxious..He also calls my son who lives in another city and does the same thing...We have asked him not to call and told him that the person he is calling for does not live at this address and he continues to call and harrass us...I am elderly and my son is on dialysis and neither of us need his harrassment...

This guy Jim Ryan calls my mother on her phone and becomes obnoxious and rude when she insist on knowing who's calling for a Maurice Rosas.  Mom explains that my ***her with that name is deceased and is told that is there anyone else with that name and she politely asks for their company affiliation and all she gets is a number. When I called that number, all I get is Mr. Ryan is busy and when I begin to complain, they **** up.  I called 6 times and each time I get nowhere.  They wont reveal their company name or the name of the person who answers the phone and they wont transfer to a manager.
