This number appears as a cell phone number in OH. They are calling me every day, harassing me about lower my credit card interest. The call always begins with "this is the last call you will receive, your last chance, we are closing your credit file..." trying to scare me into action. When I try to speak with someone the call dies. I called the number which seems to belong to a Hispanic male whose mailbox is full.I'm of course on the Do Not Call list and feel harassed and annoyed.
