SPAMMERS: they placed 15 robo-calls in one day, all placed exactly 34 minutes apart

Spam - Rings once then ****s up

Same thing at my house too.

I have been getting calls from this number every 30 minutes for two days straight. The phone rings once and ****s up. Calls to this number from my number don't ring. However when calling from a cell phone the number rings forever. Seemingly they are blocking call backs from the number they are calling?

216-785-2140The calls began at 1:57p.m. E.S.T. and every 30 mins. approximately, the phone rings once.  I have manually dialed this number and I just get a fast cycle tone.  I have used *69 to no avail.

REPORTING:  216-785-2140The telephone rings once and when I hit *69 or manually dial this number 216-785-2140, it just gives a cycle tone.  I recently complained about a website called, Thrifty Vet on http://www.scamchecker.com because I never received the product and the website doesn't have a telephone number or an address.  Fortunately, the only recourse was PAYPAL....thank goodness.  However, I believe that Mr. Lloyd McKinney is probably behind these harassing cycle of calls.
