This was a confirmation call received after the 217-***-2992 number called me to offer me a watch and magazines for $4.25/month for FOUR YEARS.  This is some scam about winning a "Dream Come True Sweepstakes" where your credit card entered you into a drawing. I told them I was not interested.  They are fast talkers, and although $4 a month doesn't sound like much, it adds up to $884 dollars.  I don't even have time to read magazines, let alone ones that expensive!

said they were calling from publishers clearinghouse. maybe they are, but it seemed they were just more scammers selling magazines...You know, you may be the grand prize winner,& we want to send you ALL THESE MAGAZINES  for only 4.00 a week, until you die.
