Apparently they will make accusations such as lawsuits you never recieved any notice on (which by law you should recieve, in print on paper). They refused to fax over or mail any paperwork. Will claim you have a court order to appear the day after, and state that all collection/payment options have been canceled. Then if they scare you enough, they will give you a 15-20 minute window to pay over the phone with Credit or Debit Card the supposed $1,000+ dollars you apparently owe from a $300 dollar pay day loan/advance??? they will harrass your work, leave rude unprofessional messages on your voicemail. Be rude to you on the phone, refuse to provide any details. Apparently if you ever applied for a loan online, they may have hacked into a database and are just scamming you and trying to scare you into paying them so****ing you don't owe.Just mess with them back, since they do leave you a number. Post it online, have other people call them and annoy them. Call the police, report them to the FTC or BBB.*c****ed their "supposed" company name to "Legal and General Office"... using same false aliases

called me at work with a message I also owed CPA (Cash Partners of America) a lump sum. The woman was named "Rachel Johnathon". Said I was being taken to court. Would not give me any info on the case, stating it was illegal. Then they said I did not have to go to court if I paid them $1,359.00 immediately within 15-20 minutes... ???They wanted a credit card or debit card number. I said no. I wanted it writing that I was being sued, that I owed, proof... they said they did not have to provide me with anything... LOL...217-239-4061claimed to be from Auburn, New York. I did a phone locater site, the number was from FloridaSCAMMER!!!
