Got a call from 217-245-5600. They ***g up when I answered. I reverse phone searched and called back. The woman was very rude and insisted I give her my name and phone number but would not tell me the nature of her business. After my third refusal she said fine I've got caller ID good bye! Oh yeah, baby. I contacted the Jacksonville, IL chamber of commerce and reported the incident to Marsha. She is contacting the police to fill out a report. Good luck with your business, Eagle Recovery Systems, maybe you can do it from the li***ry at the penitentiar***on't play with these people, they are a scam and it's up to you/us to report them and put them out of business.

Eagle Recovery Services...to the other poster...you're not the customer, the company they are collecting the service for is the customer...

Got a Number and a message looking for Mr. Nichols to call ask for Ben.  Did that and got transfered to Ms. Adams who asked me if I was a Donald L. Nichols.  I have never in my whole life went by Donald so I told her no Donnie.  She said Donald or Donnie anyways you're the one.  So I asked her about the birthday because I had gotten another call from another collection agency.  She said what is yours?  I asked her a***n what birthday they had on file and she ***g up me.  wanted to get this straightened out and called back trying to be the nice guy and she ***g up on me a***n.  Finally got somebody to talk and hopefully got it straightened out.  The Eagle Recovery****ociates mission first and foremost states customer service this wasn't customer service

Constantly calls me from different numbers, claiming my insurance policy is running out etc etc! Funny thing i dont have insurance let alone a car i think its just a scam to get personal information
