That my checking account was going to be charged 299.00 to renew prescription. When you call them back they said it was from a purchase at Best Buy & they want you to fill out a cancellation form by going to your computer while they are on the phone. Told him no because I didn’t purchase anything at Best Buy & the more questions I asked him the more frustrated he got & he ***g up. Total Scam

SUBSCRIPTION...AUTO RENEWAL FOR BEST BUY ITEM...NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING AT BEST BUY....WANTED ME TO GET ONTO MY COMPUTER...DID NOT DO THIS...

Left a message to call back to cancel my maintenance contract. I don't have any maintenance contract. I don't have any such contracts.

They told me my account was going to be charged $299 for subscription then I called back and he kept saying it’s going to charge tomorrow and asked me to get on my computer. He said they were Best Buy and that it was for Microsoft services.

The same as all the rest! I thought I heard a price of $299.00 to cancel a subscription we did not authorize.

wanting you to call back otherwise claiming that you will be charged for subscription renewal (Not doesn't mention which subscription!!!)you will get VM if you do not pickup the call.

Claims you are a "customer" though does identify itself. Threatens discontinuation of service in less you call a number to make a payment.

This caller said my account would be charged $299 on my card. so****ing about my computer.

Received VM, text and phone call. Stated that if we do not fill out information on their forwarded icon within ten minutes, our debit card would be charged $399.00 for some type of maintenance subscription renewal WE HAD NEVER ORDERED OR AUTHORIZED!!
