i do not even have an account with ameranIP or any other ameran company, so why am i getting two to three calls per day

It is Ameren IP trying to collect on past due bills.  Pay your bill and they won't call!

I got a call from this number, I did not answer, no message left.

This number is Ameren IP with their automated collection calls for past due account balances. I know because I actually got to answer it.

This number calls my cell phone and will never leave a message so who is it and why continue to call and not leave a message to say whom it is and why they are calling?  That is the only way I will call back is if I know!

this same thing happened to me first week november!

It's Ameren IP.  If you have had a power outage, or a past due bill they will call you from this number.

sa****ing no message - no nothing...

I keep getting a incoming phone call from this number, no one leaves a message, but every time I try to call it back, the automated operator says that this phone number has been disconnected.  Really weird.
