The subject claimed to be affiliated with Rush Medical Center in Chicago. He asked questions regarding my health issues. I then asked if he had my chart in front of him, to which he answered in the affirmative. I then told him he knows my health issues and didn't need the information. Hid conversation kept referring to insurance. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND HE WAS FISHING FOR INSURANCE OR PERSONAL DATA TO STEAL.
