This number called my cell phone at 9:06AM on 1-10-09. No voice, justtwo or three sets of three rising high tones. Annoying. We had a power outage this morning and AMEREN promised to call when the power was restored. I have not received a call from them unless this was it, but power was restored 40 minutes ago.UPDATE. While writing the above paragraph Ameren called as promised from their usual number which is not the number above.
