My mom, who is 84 years old and in very fragile health, keeps getting calls from Hors Zone and says the people calling sound like mexicans.  The names on the caller ID are my FAMILY names, ie; mine, my sisters, other family, etc..  This is dangerous because family concerned about her welfare sometimes can't get through to her on the telephone.  She's quit answering her phone, because when she answers a 'family member' call (because our names appear on the ID), it is Hors Zone a***n.  They call her numerous times a day.  It's stressing her out to the ****mum.  This activity is unconscienable.

Every twenty to twenty five minutes I received three calls in a row that had Hors Zone in caller ID.   It had no company name or telephone number attached with this.   I would like to know if this is legal?     Also, I would like to know what Hors Zone mean and why is this showing up in my caller id?Years ago it the word "PRIVATE" would show up in your caller ID and now Hors Zone and Unknown seems to be the norm.MsMandeville

RUDE Man trying to sell car warranties...TOTAL SCAM

Car warranty scam.  Really frustrating, considering we're on the do not call list.  Also, they make it sound as though your car warranty is about to expire TODAY if you don't talk to them.  I could see how someone could be fooled by it.  Really ****** tactic, I think.

The number says Hors Zone.Hors Zone has been calling me for months under different numbers but the same name. I've picked it up a few times.It would be anything from my warranty has expired to my step-dad having money in a New York bank (he's deceased).He has never had an account in New York.
