Stop calling me I'm on the do not call list,and I give NOTHING to charity over a telephone!!!

How can we get them to stop calling? I received the call around 1:30pm today and they ***g up!

well they must be back at it, because tonight at 8pm I received a call, and when no one responded to my "hello", I ***g up.

This **** number has called me several times in the past week or so. Its getting annoying. I sleep during the day too....isn't there anything the police or phone company can do???

Answered phone, male voice said*****o.  I responded*****o and then they ***g up.  I called back thinking my phone had cut out and then got the same sorry we missed your call full mail box message as the rest of the people on here.

I get regular calls from this number.  W***ver it is never leaves a message and the times that I have answered, I get no response.  I'd like to know who it is and why they keep calling.

These calls wake up our children and if I get a hold of this person I would probably strangle them.  Police...please arrest this person before I take matters into my own hands.

Caller ID came up Illinois and the number 217 735-2128. Caller did not leave a message.

I am sick and tired of fighting to get up, shuffle across the room (at any hour,)answer the phone, and ***ody will even speak.  The calls are repeated, harassing, and extremely aggravating to this disabled individual.  Further, the calls interfere with the entire household's sleeping patterns.  This person needs to be arrested!

I am a disabled individual, and do not appreciate the repeated calls I keep receiving from 217-735-2128.  The calls come at all hours, and there is never anyone there.  I try to call it back, and it says the mailbox is full.

I received this call 08/22/08 at 6:22 p.m.. I am also on the National Do Not Call list. This group solicits donations for, they say, the police union. This telemarketer receives a hefty percentage of the donations.

Man asked how I was today and I said just fine, I'm busy and don't have time for this call, then I ***g up.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST & wish so****ing could be done about these annoying phone calls!!!

The call us every year claiming to be "with" or "calling for" the Police looking for a donation, and keep calling day after day. I wanna call the cops on them!

This number has called me every night for the past week. Legitimate law enforcement people do not beg for donations or aggravate people on the phone. I am on the do not call list, but apparently these people don't care. **** up on them or don't answer.

EVIDENTLY THEY HAVE MULTIPLE DIALING AND WHOMEVER ANSWERS FIRST GETS THE ILLEGAL SPIEL. IF YOU ANSWER SECOND IT IS AN AUTOMATIC DISCONNECT. I CAN'T BELIEVE SO****ING CAN'T BE DONE TO THESE PREDATORS.

Got a call from 217-735-2128 they left no message this was at 2:45 pm.  Same deal 4 hours la*****id reverse look-up came back Amanda Daveport, Lincoln IL..think I have been getting thsse calls sporadically around 2pm for about a month

They called at 4:10 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. I asked, "you are calling on a Sunday?" and then I told him to put me on their Do Not Call List. He asked to speak to my ***her. I told him that I was 41 years old and was the homeowner and then I asked to speak to his supervisor and was promptly ***g up on.

I also got a call just today from this number. They just didn't respond to us at all. When I called it back it says thank you for calling sorry we missed your call. Then is says mail box full.

Caller stated he was calling from the Illinois Police and wanted to know if they could count on me to donate money for the Illinois Police for benefits they don't receive.  I told him I couldn't afford to donate.  I am on the National "Do Not Call List".  He said he would call back in 6-8 months.  I've gotten these type of calls before but never looked them up before.  I looked it up to find out if it was really the Illinois Police.  I'll be ready for him next time he calls.

Likely another bogus money scheme, invoking law enforcement, which usually gets little or none of the revenue. These outfits usually refuse to add your name/number to their do-not-call list.

I got a call from 217-735-2128 about a month ago.  I did a reverse lookup and it came back to Amanda Davenport in Lincoln, IL.  I just thought it was a wrong number.  When I got home from work yes****ay I had another missed call from this number.  No message.  I was planning on calling the number today and asking why they called my house.

repeated nuisance calls from 217-735-2128.  in the past, would get calls from paralyzed veterans of america from this area code and number (and other numbers from this area code).donations do not go to any charity, only to the shrewd business.

In the past couple weeks I got at least 8 calls from this number. Same story as above comments. By finding this site I at least know it isn't "the whacked out pyscho" looking for my son. that is a HUGE relief---I will check back to see if there is anything new going on...I will NO longer answer

When you call the number you get a message that says mailbox full cannot receive any more message.   I used a calling card to call the number not my personal number.  Any idea if this number is with ATT or someone else.

Got a call from this number and mad me real mad.  My kid just went to sleep and the phone woke him up at 8:30pm.  Keeps calling but wont speak.  mmust be some dumb idiot with nothing else to do.

I got a call from this number today.  Caller id said "Illinois".  I live in TX, so I was surprised when the caller said they're from the state troopers looking for donations.

This has obviously got to be some sort of scam. If this lady is involved she better not try anything funny because I have her SSN, DOB and all her neighbors. I called her APT manager and she hasnt lived at that address for over a year but they have had reports of this before.She gave me Lincoln, IL police dept # to report if you actually talk to this person or figure out whats going on.
