I received one of these texts too.Source is listed as 1-217-819-2637.Asks to call 1-877-844-5395.I called. Customer Rewards, or so****ing like that. I asked them to take my number off their list. First try, the person I spoke to said to respond with a text message containing "stop". Not acceptable. They ***g up on me. Tried a***n. Same claim. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. He made the same claim. I told him this wasn't acceptable. He said he'd write down my number and forward to IT for removal. Yeah right...These people claim that I entered my phone number into an online survey or when making a purchase. I say BS. Somebody entered my number somewhere, and ***ody bothered to follow up to verify that I was giving the world permission to spam me or harass me with telemarketing calls.
