Response to scourge like these who see only dollars and are immune to reality is simple. No response. Disable the ring tone for calls you don't want to receive, or block the calls entirely, depending upon your service provider. Now you can revel in justice when you see "missed call", knowing they spend their time and money calling fruitlessly. Repose is what they want. Let them call forever, the more the merrier. Let them reflect on what *****s they are every time they have to check the little box in their call record sheet "no answer" dozens of times, still hoping to scavenge their miniscule percentage of s****s for their efforts. They know they are bottom feeders, do your duty and be sure they get the message from the best source, themselves, as the grief they hope to impart to you becomes their own*****. Like the ****ese water torture, they will become more enraged each time they waste another moment of their pitiful life, having no chance to get what they want- a response.
got a call from this number just before 9pm.he claimed he was trying to clear up my past do visa after i spoke with someone yes****ay fron a 201 area code and he was willing to wait till monday.thie person tonight said some lies about my card as well and came out right demanding my banking info.
I had a phone call from this number, they called twice in a row. No message was left, I know I have a debt but if they can't provide do***entation of the debt they are accusing me of then I have no other debt than the ones that I am aware of I've tried blocking the number and they call with a different number. i've stopped answer them
they are bogus collectors that call from all different numbers - they claim you have defrauded a bank and are gonna be arrested and blah blah blah - they even harass my receptionist at work.
This is a phone number for Pinnacle financial group, a collection agency. They've called me before, using a "714" area code phone number-at six in the morning-alleging I owed a debt. "Provide do***entation proving it." I said. None was ever received. What happens? I get a call from this number- at three in the afternoon on a friday. I should add that Pinnacle had, using the 714 area code phone number, a very bad habit of calling me twice a day (at least!) Every day, including sunday. After receiving a cease and desist order for the 714 phone number for not only repe***ive and harassing-not to mention demeaning phone calls from the 714 number-i told agents at least three times I was disabled and unable to work after my bike got wrecked and was threatened with arrest for not paying bills-they try to pull this phone number switcheroo garbage.
Called. No message left. My idea is that if its important they'll leave a message. No msg left, ergo this call isn't important.
No clue but I am sure that there is some loop hole since they give the reciever a chance to **** up if they are not whom they are calling for
Message left goes so****ing like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please **** up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?
