They called around lunch.I live in Ca. They didn't leave a message

recorded msg in spanish could not understand them

prerecorded spanish message, I live in Washington state and do not know anyone in ***inerd, MN

when answered there was a recorded message in spanish. have no idea what was said.

People speak through a recording that sounds like spanish and have called several time. No way to call back and is really annoying. I have NO idea how they even got my phone number.

Yes, I received random call from this # as well on 8/12 and figured it had to be random wrong # or scam and here we all are.  Glad I did not pick up. I live in Los Angeles and have Verizon as carrier and on 'Do Not Call' list, so not sure what is going on here...

I missed a call from this number yes****ay but luckily I was too busy at work to grab it.  I'm with Rogers.  Has our numbers been compromised and handed to international telemarketers!?

Called my cell phone. Don't know any one in MN and have never been there. My new trick is just tojust open and close my phone immediately to disconnect the call.

I just got a call as well from this number saying that I had won a prize reserved only for Telus customers. I am a Telus Customer but I knew so****ing was fishy about the call. My name is on a national 'do not call' list.  Why am I receiving this?  I wonder what the scam is. Hmmmm...

I got a call from this number and a ma****e recorded message said that I can claim a prize that's only for Telus customers. My cell phone happens to be with Telus, but I knew it was a scam, so I **** up. Usually I don't anwser the phone when the number is unknown, but I was just curious.

Called, I didn't answer, no phone message left.

Got a call from this number this morning.  I don't pick up calls from numbers that I don't recognize or when the number is blocked.  If it's important, I have voice mail.  The voice mail was half a second of a ****led sound.  My phone is with Bell, so who knows what they're calling about.

Got a call from that number too, didn't answer it.

Just got a call from this number 5 mins ago.  British accent said "Telus" customer I think and that I'd won so****ing. Heavy accent, hard to understand. I ***g up.

Just got a call on my Telus pay-as-you go cell at 11:32 a.m. on Monday 10 Aug 2009 in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Will try to alert Telus.

Go this call @ 11:05am Pacific time in Vancouver. I am with Bell Network. Didn't answer it as it shows up on call display as from Minnesota.

I'm a Fido customer, got a call at 1pm EST, "This prize is for Fido customers only, press 1 now to claim your prize"... I ***g up, word to Big Bird.That area code originates from Minnesota...?I blame society.

I just got a call from this number while in front of my computer at work.  I googled it while my phone was still ringing and this page was the first search result.  Considering the previous comments were made a recently as 5 minutes before mine, they must have just came back from their coffee break.  I am with Rogers, so no one is safe...

HELLO i got a call from this number mentioned my network provider FIDO and ask me to press 1 it is so weird

Not telus only....... I'm with sprint and just got called this morning. It was a female recording in Spanish. Hmmmmmmm........ I live in Austin, Texas.

Happened to me too. Not cool.

My husband and I both went to Rogers and signed contracts for Pay As You Go. I received a voive recorded call stating that the call was from Rogers and that I should press 1 to claim my prize.  I ******ly thought this was genuine since it was Ca***a Day and I could do with airtime.  Rogers charged me $1.20 for answering this call.Rogers clients beware of calls from 1 888 332 2284 as this is also a scam.
