218-963-6589 got a call to my cell phone (I am on every do not call list - renewed annually even though it should be effective for more than 1 year)  Obviously a very crowded noisy "call center" environment. Not a native English speaker. Wan**** to "confirm" my name for 411 Directory****istance. Seems like a scam in the making

This number is disconnected if you try and call it back.  Obviously a fraudulent caller ID.Asks for a "Manager", but would not identify her company.

Called.  Said*****o.  Asked how I was, and ***g up.  Did a *69 call and called the number.  Was disconnected.  HMMMMM.........
