I think this is a spam calling operation or a loan collection company and seems to be part of a larger operation to harass people as they are engaged in the same tactics: calling a number and ****ing up after just a couple of rings; when the call is picked up, they say nothing but just **** up; if called back, it sounds like someone picks up but then just ****s up immediately. It comes on the heels of several other calls from anonymous numbers engaging in this tactic, and the following day I received a call from the same exc****e but the last number was different (219-212-4029) making me think it's part of that operation when they call from one number and then switch to a new one in subsequent calls. It makes no sense since if it's a collection agency, they can't expect to collect much with these tactics. ****s!
