phone number also came up on skype and then ***g up. we seem to get these calls from different numbers all the time even though we are on the no call list. I really do not know how they can get away with this.

they said they were working for a gas company that could provide gas cheaper than NISPCO and wanted our meter number. Caller ID showed Skype as the caller. I can't get through as that number is always busy. If they call a***n I'm going to ask to send info through the mail. If they don't want to do that then I'll know it's a scam. We have had calls to my job as well for the business owner.

My caller id showed this number as Skype. I've tried to call this number back four times and it just rings busy.
