Call comes in once a day. When answered a message comes on informing that you are caller 3, hold for next available representative. Approximate waiting time is 15 seconds. This goes on for 10 minutes. After waiting my turn, you get a message that says, "goodbye" and get disconnected.I did, however, get through once. The gentleman was extremely rude. He asked for the person in charge of paying NIPSCO.

I got the call twice yes****ay, called it back and waited 1min with no answer.  Just "you are caller #3" they do that to make you think they are being overrun with people trying to purchase their service.  I cant stand people like that.

VOIP appears on Caller ID - Voice Over Internet Protocol.  When answering ma****e picked up, the caller ***g up.

Found this message on the Caller ID, called it and like the others it has the canned message your call will be answered in 35 seconds, then 30, then down to 15 where it stays locked, after 3 minutes still no answer, but their ma****e is still talking.Why should we have to put up with this s**t when we pay for our phones and do not want this type of call.

This number calls at least 3 times a week and ****s up every time. It is coming from a house in Chesterton, IN, a residential home. I agree, it is a scam of some kind.

Every day I get a call from this number and have no idea who is calling.  I leave it go to answering ma****e but they call early and leave no message.  I tried calling back to see who is calling but all it says is the wait time for a representive.

Answered the call, but they immediately ***g up on me...
