I'm in Michigan. I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They did not leave a message. All comments I have read say it is a spam call for home security system.
I missed this call. I've had many calls from across the country. If legitimate, then you can look them up and call them.Some do offer free installation but you pay monthly service.
