Lucky me I guess I am the latest to be harassed by this dude.  Mine s****ed yes****ay with about 20 calls from a restricted number.  I finally answered only to be questioned as to whether I would like my toes ****ed!!!  ***g up, he called right back...I had my husband answer this time.  Pervert just ***g up, but then called about an hour later.  I answered and had some choice words form him.  I haven't heard back from him so far.  I have not received any texts, so I am not positive it is this number, but hopefully there is only one crazy person with this same M.O.

Same as the other reports here. Lots of calls and now texts. Evidently this guy has some kind of ***********. Am blocking the number.

Hello,I reported the texts & phone calls. I say texts because another one was sent while I was waiting for the cop to show up. It said "can i smell ur feet?" He said reporting the issue is important and suggested that I report these inconveniences to Verizon and then block the number. He also said that it may not even be a cell phone doing the damage, because you know you can send texts from computers now and all. Good luck ridding your phones of nasty messages & restricted calls.

OH MY GOD. This morning (my phone was on silent) I received 4 calls from a restricted number at 5 in the morning. The only place I know of with a restricted # is the hospital and I'm not expecting calls from them, so I ignored it. Not even a minute ago I received a text from this number "can I **** on ur toes?"This is disgusting! My number is blocked from solicitors and it is private. I'm****uming this creep is dialing random numbers. With all the technology these days it should be easy to catch him. Especially since there are so many complaints recorded. I think the cops should get a warrant, so they can access the name on the Verizon account, so this bologne can stop. I definitely DO NOT want to receive a picture message of some mans ********. EWWWWWW!

Thanks to everyone who reported this number.  I feel better knowing that I am not the only person receiving these calls.  I have had the same experience as the other people on this site for the last few months.  I ***g up on him the first time and now I do not answer "blocked" calls.  I reported it to the police yes****ay after receiving 12 calls in one day.  I encourage others to report it as well.  The officer said it would be difficult to stop this guy, but it is better to report it.  The phone company said that they could not block "blocked" calls, but they did offer to c****e my number for free.  Some internet research revealed that this number is based in the Baton Rouge area and the service provider is Alltel Wireless.

A man has been calling me for FOUR YEARS from this number. I have filed reports on him and the police department has done nothing (so far).  He has called up to 30 times in a row to get in contact with me. He blocks his number when he calls, but when he texts, his number cannot be blocked.  I know it is the same man because the things he says are consistent. He has offered me money to "**** on my toes". He obviously has an extremely disgusting ***********.  I was a MINOR when this man s****ed calling me and when he sent me a **** photo from the waist down.  He is sick and perverted! If he is harrassing you, file a report. Maybe the police will s**** to listen if enough people speak up.

Called 19 times from 2:12am until 7:18am and then four more times around 11:00am wanting to give a free foot *****ge. I told him no every time and he still continued to call. Also I have read other comments on other websites about this person stating that he sent **** pictures from the waste down and sent ****** text messages. I had the police come out and take a report. If you have these issues also, please report it to the police station so they can get this pervert behind bars.

called from 215AM until 330AM and then s****ed a***n at 8AM. lewd verbiage and actions.  Then sent text message at 1100 with a **** waist down picture.
