I have no knowledge of this charge that appeared on my Garnder Mountain Mastercard.

$4.88 on my statement too - company phone number shut down and no response to email of course!  Called my bank - they removed charge - but required to cancel debit card and get new number so it doesn't happen a***n !

Just got $4.88 on my statement.  Phone number no longer working - no reply to email.  My bank took it off my statement - but also required I close my ATM card so it doesn't happen a***n - get new bank card!

I have a deduction on my acct for $4.88 that is not authorized. What is wrong with these people?

I just received my bank statement and there was a charge of $4.88 from TopForms.Net.  I also called the telephone number on my statement and was asked to send an email to [email protected].  Did not do so, after reading the post above.  I will contact my bank in the morning.

I also got a $4.88 charge on my checking account , from topforms ,called the number and got a prerecorded message.was asked to leave a e-mail ,but they did not respond,

sa****ing here $4.88 from topforms.net - my online purchase was from Fourcorners.com I talked to them they said it wasen't them that gave out the info.Let me know if anyone hears anything

I got this charge on my card today.  Going to call my bank and re-issue my card.  Anyone find out w*** these people are?

I also got the charge on my credit card for $4.88.  My bank told me to cancel my card, which is a big inconvenience for me.  I don't know where Topforms.net got my card #.

My most recent online purchases have been to 123stickers.com and gotprint.comBTW, my charge was also for $4.88

This happened to me today, just had the bank cancel my card & issue a new one.Didn't get any phone call though.I use Citibank, not sure where i may have used my card for this to happen.

A Charge of $4.88 SHOWED UP ON MY BANK STATEMENT. I do not want it there, I have no reason for your legal services such as what they susposedly are. I have no reciept of any kind , way shape or Form. Will notify the bank to not pay it,& to remove it from my account unpaid. Please don"t do that a***n.

A charge for $4.88 showed up on my bank statement from www.topforms.net. Looked up the company on the web and supposedly they deal in legal forms. Had no reason to purchase legal forms, and there is no reciept anywhere in my files or my com****r for any. Notified the bank to remove the charge.
