I GOT THE CALL ALSO, AND I TELL YOU WHAT LET THEM CALL ME I KNOW THE FDCPA AND WLL BE WAITING FOR THEM TO COMMITT A VIOLATION. Caller ID: 052-419-240

I have been getting calls from 052-419-240 over the last couple of weeks. Today I got a call five minutes later from 524-192-40 for the same person. I have told them repeatedly that I don't know who that person is. Both wanted to verify the phone number. I told them that they had dialed my cell phone. Then I got twenty questions about how long had I had the phone and did I live at a certain address. I****ured them that I did not and repeated that they had the wrong phone number. The last one had the nerve to ask my name. I refused and he would not give me any information. So I ***g up on him.

A person from 052419240 has been calling my cell but I have not answered.  So today, he called me at work, I asked for the name of the company and he said it was Glacier and that he was to collect a payday loan.  I told him not to call my job anymore and ***g up the telephone.  Well, he called 5 more times back to back and was screaming at me telling me to listen to him.  I need his company name.  He gave me a number 1-800-944-0028 but it tells you to call 1-800-232-5500 with is a *** oriented business ...I guess.This is terrible that individuals can call and you cannot return the call or file a complaint a***nst them.

This guy has been calling me for months too. Yes****ay, it finally got out of control. He threatened me and my family and then called non-stop for hours. I had the local police department out and the deputy talked to him when he called as well. I don't know if it will do any good or not. He called right back after the cops left. Same story as above - payday loan etc, US Nat'l Bank.  The name he gave me is Shawn Black.  He believes me to be someone else (who used to have my phone number)and thinks I should be responsible. They are completely harassing and bothersome. I am close to c****ing my number, but I hate to let them win!

He said I took out a loan in 2005 from US Bank, (I never did business with this bank),spoke broken english, next morning Chris Garnder called and repeated the same thing, this is a cell phone number, when I called them back there is a message saying this person is not accepting calls please try a***n later, the second number that showed up on my home phone was: 05-241-9240 ?I think this is a scam

This Roger Wiliams keeps harassing me continually!! I have a new number and he will literally call me back to back up to 6 times in a row. Weather I answer or not. I have told him the situation with my last name over and over a***n. WHAT CAN I DO??????!

Do not take their phone calls.  They are a total scam.  They have been reported to the local police department.  The police locally called these people who threatened to call the police on them!  Mark Anderson claimed to be with US National Bank and said he would send us to the legal department.  He has called my son and has made repeated obscene remarks.  It was disgusting what he said.  If however, you cooperate with them, Sara Williams comes on the phone to confirm your willingness to pay.  Offer them nothing!

Been getting phone calls from these people over the course of 4 months now and I keep telling them to do what they gotta do.  They tell me I will loose my job and go to jail and all kinds of stuff.  I notified my job about the scam and they are helping by screening calls or just sending it to my voice mail.

She was aware of the scam last time. I've done business online, and he does somehow have all of my information, so it's really a form of iden***y theft that he got this list of information from somewhere. If he calls me a***n, I plan to call the appropriate Florida agency and make them aware of the scam. Last time I reported him to them, they called him, but by then they had already disconnected all their phone numbers. It's definitely a scam - do not give them any money. They will give up after a couple of days. Local law enforcement will not do anything for you so don't bother with them. You need to contact a fraud department in your state to report this scam so they can put a stop to it. Unfortunately, they are like roaches, and they will continue to crop up a***n and a***n. He claims to be Don Parker calling from the Federal Civil Liability Department of the California Federal Court. Even though I knew it was a scam - it still scared me that he was calling a***n because I can get in trouble at work for these types of calls. Hopefully he realized by now he does not have a player in me and he'll leave me and my family alone.My husband kept them on the phone most of the day giving them back what they were giving us. ..."Don" told my husband on the phone he is going to come to our house and cut my hands and feet off and watch me bleed to *****, if we don't comply with their wishes. They made many obscene remarks on the phone. These guys are completely frauds. Do not give them any money.

If she does not respond in 7 or 8 days she will be in big trouble.  Said I am the co-signer and  I will also be affected.

I received a call as well saying that me and my ex husband (from 7 years ago) owe them money too. I called the number back and it was a middle eastern type accent person that answered. I just ***g up on him. :-)

This number is a scam. They called me telling me that I cosigned for my sister when indeed I never did and tried to collect $350 from me. Please report this number to the Federal Trade Comission FTC: FTC.gov and fill out a complaint you may also contact them at 1-877-FTC-HELP.

This guy has been calling and calling me, sometimes two and three times a day. He is becoming a nuisance. Telling us that we owe him money I need to know how to formally submit a complaint a***nst this coming.

These people keep calling my work phone. Even after they spoke to someone who couldn't reveal my information, they kept on calling back. Actually this is the second time in a year these same people, with the same story are at it a***n! So annoying! I owe no one nothing, I never took a loan out! pure ****!

First call came in on April 1:  Indian accent lady Sara Williams with Compliance and Customer Relation for US National Bank, trying to get hold off friend in reference to some charges in a civil case and to her call back on toll, free number or the Attorney General Head Office number 225-522-4430.  Then stated Customer Relation and Compliance.  gave Civil Case number **X999

This number has people calling trying to get money from me claiming I owe on a payday loan from 2006.Also there threatening to file criminal charges if I don't pay.

Received (4) calls yes****ay at work and (5) calls today at work.  I called this number today to see if valid.  A Vint answered and talked so low I could not hardly hear him.  Says about a 2006 "payday" loan - No payday loans taken out - I told them not to call a***n and that I was contacting authorties.  Said I owed around $800.00 and they would accept $200.00 and be considered paid.  I asked them to mail do***entation - they said they could not - A PURE SCAM!!
