SPAM of the worst kind & criminal. Call the LA State Police &/or the LA Atty General's Office &/or the Public Service Commission. GURU here reports this as a ROUGON number but WHITEPAGES.com reports it as follows: (225) 627-8032 is a Landline Louisiana (Port Allen, Jarreau) Baton Rouge metro area, West Baton Rouge County
This number continues to call my number. It is from Rougon, LA, claiming to be asking for money for the State Police. I told them to mail me the information. The person refused to do this, stating that he needed a confirmation over the phone. I refused and ***g up. I think it's a scam.
Phone harrasser. Same as Dan, below. GMaps reveals this number's geo-location to be on a dead-end street in a slum-like low-income rural neighborhood in a no-name place between Baton Rouge, LA, and New Orleans, LA. Never answer this call. Call the police or State Atty General's office.
I got nothing but dead air when I answered the phone.
Leave me alone!!!
See ROUGON below. SPAM
SPAM - See Rougon'a'get'em. This is accurate info.
This is some kind of SCAMMER. If using GVoice for a callback, you will automatically get a busy signal. If using a Private callback from a local landline, you will get an unanswered ring followed by an "all circuits busy" announcement. This is a SCAM SPAMmer using a remote numbrer to try to trick people into answering at dinner-time. The original call to a landline was a ****-up as the outgoing msg from an answering system played. This is the worst kind of SPAM - and is illegal.
Definitely a mysterious number that generates a spurious busy or no-answer upon callback. Let's call it SPAM.
