I called to get my electric balance. They say this number is linked to my account. It is a Louisiana number. I don’t even live in Louisiana.

I called to pay my energy bill and this number came up as****ociated with my account . It kept repeating this wrong phone number as if it belonged to me and my electric account . I never heard of this number .

This number is calling my 800# and not leaving a message.  Called 5 times on my last phone bill.  When I call number back I get a dial tone.
