After several exchanges, they knew personal stuff about me, but stuff that weren't harmful, like me having a son & being Spanish. I said several times "who is this?" to which they said "secret admire." I replied "tell me your name or stop contacting me." They replied "You know me, I'm not a stranger." I didn't reply but they didn't text me again.

Initial text as if it was for someone else, when I clarified I was not that person, they replied they were bored and just wanted to chat.

So it's a sprint landline so most likely a phone on display. That's why you can't call it. My assumption is that they're opening the Facebook app and searching random unlocked accounts that don't have the privacy filter on for unknown people.
