This person claims to have access to my credit card account and tells me that I have won various gift cards. When I asked to speak to their supervisor I was told that they were unavailable. I kept asking her to just send me whatever I was en***led to receive but she kept rambling on with a strong Indian or ****stani accent and I could not understand her. I asked her to take me off their list and stop calling. I finally just ***g up and the same number called me back immediately three times before giving up.

Would they want the nation, or the world to call them (everyone - just once) to voice their complaints? They would never get any work done. DUH!

This "company" continues to evade prosecution by c****ing not only the phone number they call from but also the state the number originates from. When will the ICC or FTC or any other of the state or federal agencies step up and put these people in front of a judge. I am really getting PO'ed at the number of calls these idiots place and if I can find the responsable parties I will gladly "prosecute them with EXTREME predjudice" personally.

"Erica" at Credit Card Services, calling my cell phone. Apparently, the "press 2 to be taken off their list" option does absolutely nothing, because I've gone that route before. And yet Erica called a***n. The FTC needs to enforce their rules about robocalls to cell phones and land lines on the Do Not Call list.

It is either a Phone Phish or a unsolicited telemarketer. Called on my cell phone and cost me $1.10. ***g up before live person came on-line. Call was supposedly about trouble with my credit card accounts. That is why I think it is a phishihg expedition.

I store these creepy numbers as a name such as the word No, Bad, Junk#1, Junk#2, Trash, etc., When I see that they are calling, I simply don't answer, they eventually stop.

I actually recorded the call for evidence knowing that they would call in. “Gary, from Account Services,” is how he answered the call after I pressed 1. With so many complaints, why isn’t anything being accomplished to terminate this operation and prosecute the owners of the company?

I think this is funny. I do realize they are tring to catch someone off guard to get there info and fraud them. When I went to option one to find out how to lower the int. rate on the credit cards I do not have, the guy was halarious before he ***g up. What is disturbing to me is the fact that knowing where the numbers are from, authorities have not traked and shut them down.
